I am really worried that this could mess up our IVF. WE were suppose to go to retrieval Wednesday or Thursday. Do any of you know anything about canceling IVF after something like this? Could it cause me to ovulate or anything? Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. Doctor appointment tomorrow AM.

Oh my gosh, I am so glad you guys are all okay!! I don't know much about cancelling the IVF and what can happen, so I'll keep this short. Just very glad you are safe and sound. Keep us posted.

I highly doubt it will impact your cycle. I think the biggest fear would be ovarian torsion. Of course, I am not a doctor, but i think you're probably fine.

Oh no honey! I'm so sorry about this! I don't think it would disrupt your cycle...as long as you are still comfortable (and feeling okay) to move forward! Hoping for the best!

Yikes! I am SO glad you are all ok. I would think you would be ok to continue with the cycle... I sure hope so! Looking forward to hearing about your appointment today!
ICLW - So glad to you hear you are all okay as well. I don't think there's any reason to cancel the retrieval at all, but what do you think of having a massage done to relax yourself the day before? Or perhaps a relaxing pedicure?

How terrible! I had a very close call with two other grad students Friday night. I've not heard about canceling after something like this, but I'll definitely send some prayers your way...
