Stressing Out

Had my NT test the other day.  Came back with low risk of Down's-- and a low risk of Trisomy13/18 (however not as low as I wish). However,  they are concerned that one of my hormone levels are low shush could indicate a problem with the placenta.  They have found that women with this low hormone are at higher risk for miscarriage before 20 weeks,  Preterm Labor, severe IUGR,which would lead to early birth, low birth weight, stillbirth, and preeclampsia.

Right now I'm not really even thinking of the latter in pregnany complications, but instead now I'm labeled as higher risk and have a higher risk of miscarriage. I don't go back to the doctor until Monday- for one of my regular monthly appointments.  I'm thinking about talking to them about seeing a high risk doctor.  There isn't much you can do besides pray for a healthy outcome and the doctor said they will monitor me closer after 24 weeks with more frequent growth ultrasounds and then deliver early if there are issues.

Praying that this is just a little bump in the road and everything will turn out ok.
